Requirements

·     A minimum of 2 persons is required for the activity to take place.

·     A maximum of 6 persons allowed per session.

Cancellation Policy:

• The client may cancel their booking without penalty by sending a cancellation email to info@weego.mu at least 24 hours before the booked service.
• If the client cancels within 12 hours of the booked service, a 50% charge will be applied. If there is a no-show, the client will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.
• In the case of cancellation due to bad weather, the following reasons may apply: cyclonic conditions, torrential or heavy rain that makes the track unsafe, heavy rain that damages a large section of the track, unsafe conditions on the track, absence of a competent person for tours, or client cancellation.
• If the company cancels, tour operators and their customers will be notified by email and phone as soon as possible. Listed hotel guests will also be informed. Clients may be given the option to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund.
• If the client cancels, they may reschedule up to 24 hours before the activity starts or receive a 100% refund 48 hours before the start of the activity.
• If the client cancels 24 hours before the start of the activity, they will receive a 50% refund. If the client cancels their booking on the eve after 16:00, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
